A refreshing and nutritious Strawberry Protein Shake made with almond milk, fresh or frozen strawberries, banana, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla Greek yogurt. Perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost, this shake is creamy, naturally sweet, and easily customizable with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

Shake Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 cups Fresh or frozen Strawberries (if using fresh, add 1 cup ice cubes)
  • 1 Ripe Banana (sliced and frozen)
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or cottage cheese)

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh slices of strawberries
  • Coconut whipped cream
  • Chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: In a high-powered blender, add 2 cups of almond milk, 2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries, 1 ripe sliced and frozen banana, 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, and 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
  2. Blend until smooth: Blend the mixture for 1-2 minutes on high speed until the shake is completely smooth and creamy, without any chunks of fruit or yogurt remaining.
  3. Serve and garnish: Pour the shake evenly into two cups or glasses. Top with your favorite toppings such as fresh slices of strawberries, a dollop of coconut whipped cream, or a sprinkle of chia seeds. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • If using fresh strawberries instead of frozen, add 1 cup of ice cubes to make the shake colder and thicker.
  • You can substitute almond milk with milk of your choice, such as dairy milk, oat milk, or soy milk.
  • Use frozen banana slices to create a creamier texture without added ice.
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt can be replaced with cottage cheese for extra protein and a slightly different texture.
  • Customize toppings based on preference or dietary needs.
