Topped with a savory butter mixture infused with Worcestershire sauce, parmesan, onion, and garlic powder, then baked to golden perfection, these sliders are perfect for gatherings, game days, or a satisfying snack.

Ingredients

Slider Ingredients

  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef

Butter Topping

  • 5 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350℉. Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or casserole pan with nonstick cooking spray. For easier serving, you can line the pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Rolls: Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the attached Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise, keeping the top and bottom halves intact as one piece. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Layer Ingredients: Layer half of the cheddar cheese slices evenly over the bottom half of the rolls, then arrange the thinly sliced roast beef over the cheese. Add the remaining cheese slices on top of the roast beef, then cover with the top half of the Hawaiian rolls.
  4. Make Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, grated parmesan, dried minced onion, and garlic powder until well combined. Use a pastry brush to generously brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
  5. Bake Sliders: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls turn golden brown and the cheese has melted completely.
  6. Serve: Remove from the oven and cut the sliders into 12 individual servings. Serve warm for best flavor and enjoyment.

Notes

  • Keeping the rolls attached while slicing makes for easier assembly and serving.
  • Lining the baking dish with parchment paper helps lift out the sliders easily after baking.
  • Use a serrated knife for clean slicing through the soft Hawaiian rolls.
  • These sliders are best served warm and fresh out of the oven.
  • You can customize by adding pickles, mustard, or horseradish sauce to the roast beef for extra flavor.
