Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, finely diced pepperoncinis, thinly sliced green onion, sliced chives, pepperoncini juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and a couple large pinches of kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper into a medium bowl.
  2. Mix Well: Use a fork to thoroughly mix and combine the cream cheese and sour cream with the other ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  3. Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve immediately with Ruffles chips and Ritz crackers for dipping.
