  • Handful of ice cubes

Toppings (optional)

  • Shaved or chopped chocolate
  • Rolled oats
  • Sprinkles
  • Chopped roasted peanuts
  • Drizzle of peanut butter or chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Place 2 frozen bananas, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, ½ cup of almond milk, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed, 1 tablespoon of honey (if using), and a handful of ice cubes into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is creamy and well combined, with no chunks remaining.

Notes

  • For a thicker shake, use more frozen banana or add extra ice cubes.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your preference.
  • Choose your preferred milk type, such as dairy, soy, oat, or any nut milk to suit dietary needs.
  • High-powered blender is recommended for the creamiest texture.
  • Can be made vegan by omitting honey or substituting with maple syrup or agave nectar.
