Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Boil Potatoes: Place the baby potatoes in a pot filled with salted water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender. The cooking time may vary slightly depending on the size of the potatoes.
  2. Drain: Once tender, drain the potatoes thoroughly in a colander to remove all the water.
  3. Toss with Olive Oil and Herbs: Return the drained potatoes to the pot or a large bowl and toss them with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped dill (or your choice of fresh herbs) until evenly coated.
